Artcentric
is run by Cliff Baylis, an IT specialist with a keen interest in
music.
Cliff has long experience as a programmer, tutor, business analyst and IT
manager.
In 2001 he was appointed by the Home Secretary as a member of the Kent
Probation Board, where he has specific responsibility for IT
strategy. As of 2004 he was appointed for a second 3 year term,
the maximum allowed.
In his spare time, Cliff plays mandolin and guitar, with a smattering of
concertina and whistles. He runs the Pugwash Ceilidh Band and,
with Sue Hudson, has the duo foolproof. He also
plays from time to time with the Ian Petrie Band, David Blosse,
Small Town Romance, Ron Trueman-Border and Kim Hodgson. [ Gig
